Contracted by Home Depot to replace my windows. Staff were friendly, professional, and did quality work. They arrived on time and had us lead them to each window being replaced. That was nice because we were able to discuss along the way our expectations and they answered questions. They're knowledgeable experts in the field and understood the importance of covering walk areas in our home to do their job. Afterward, they had us review their work, even gave us tips on maintenance. They were done replacing our 6 windows within a good timeframe. We appreciated that. Especially because my husband and I didn't have to clean until midnight. My home was back in order by 5 pm. We only left out one star because the technician forgot to insert the screen on the last window. But, easy fix. My husband was able to do it. Other than that, would definitely recommend. read more
