Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

Marco made an appointment to come out for a measurement I gave him a check for a deposit and 3 weeks later he had my windows. Marco and his team came out on 3/18/2026 and installed the door and window they did an excellent job. I waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, it had rained for a few days a 2 weeks ago so far so good and No leaks. It was difficult for me to find the repair service, and I am glad I found MJ'S Windows To fix my vertical sliding window, they needed to purchase new sliding parts. They provided fair fees and fast service. Marco made a good effort to fix my old sliding glass door, which was improperly installed and therefore badly skewed. I like that MJ's gives you the option of repair or new installation without commercial pressure. I will definitely contact them with a new project in the future.

This includes my ask for a horizontal bar handle, allowing me to hang a towel on one side of the door. The ordering was pretty quick and Tom speaks English. They sent someone out to our house to confirm sizing and drew accurate measurements. Due to the flu, the shower door installation was a bit delayed but they were able to schedule a crew out after I followed up. The crew took 3 hours for installing but we are pleased with the work.
