My mom and I had an appointment at 3 but they didn't start us until like 3:30. They had 4 main staff but there was about 7 customers inside so wasn't sure how they were able to accommodate that. I got the 2nd pedi and it was okay, the lady did my pedi was nice and she took her time with my pedi I'm guessing to compensate for how long I waited for. I understand how busy salon can get like 15-20 mins is okay but 30+ minutes was pushing it. My mom feet were soaked in the water for 35 mins lol, yeah we constantly looked at the clock hoping for someone to come but the lady kept reassuring us that next tech will be available very soon. We didn't want to be rude and leave so we didn't make a big deal over it, just hope they can change or do something about overbooking customers. So if you're someone who's more punctual with time, plan accordingly. My rating is mostly based on the service we got, the tech was friendly and inside the salon is very open and clean and I like that they use the disposable bag for your pedicure sink.
