My mom and I had an appointment at 3 but they didn't start us until like 3:30. They had 4 main staff but there was about 7 customers inside so wasn't sure how they were able to accommodate that. I got the 2nd pedi and it was okay, the lady did my pedi was nice and she took her time with my pedi I'm guessing to compensate for how long I waited for. I understand how busy salon can get like 15-20 mins is okay but 30+ minutes was pushing it. My mom feet were soaked in the water for 35 mins lol, yeah we constantly looked at the clock hoping for someone to come but the lady kept reassuring us that next tech will be available very soon. We didn't want to be rude and leave so we didn't make a big deal over it, just hope they can change or do something about overbooking customers. So if you're someone who's more punctual with time, plan accordingly. My rating is mostly based on the service we got, the tech was friendly and inside the salon is very open and clean and I like that they use the disposable bag for your pedicure sink. Writing this review over two weeks after I had a dip powder manicure & basic pedicure. Pictures from right after the mani, and from today (two weeks later) -- no pictures of the pedicure but the regular polish on my toes is still in great shape with no chips! Staff was friendly and very good at what they do. Options for great nail art too, I just opted against it this time! Overall had a great experience and I am happy with how the mani/pedi has held up. Started our appointment without the appropriate amount of staff. I sat there waiting forever while my friends recieved their treatments. I picked one of the nicest pedicures and wouldn't have known. My nail treatment was over, but was supposed to include a 23 minute massage in which it did not. I was surprised when she was done and told her I did not get my massage and she proceeded to argue with me I think I would remember not being massaged for 23 minuteshalf of my armrest would not go down because it was going to run into the chair next to me so I only had one armrest down the entire time and zero access to my Massage component on my chair. read more

My daughter and I went this morning for two pedicures as a birthday gift. In the middle of her treatment the technician just left without explanation to service a walk in client. My daughter didn't get her massage or hot stone treatment and she told the woman who was working with me. The woman painted her nails and mine and asked us to pay. I brought it up again that her service was incomplete and the man who originally started her nails, from across the room, said she did get a massage and stone treatment but she doesn't remember it. Yep! Gaslighting at a nail salon! He continued on to say that she was talking to me and doesn't remember-- He then said I could watch the video! So happy with my shellac manicure by Nancy! I went in to get my dip removed (which Nancy did a few weeks ago) this morning as a walk in. I'll probably be making appointments from now on so I know I'll be booked with Nancy specifically! She is so sweet and gentle with all the nail tools. The salon is so clean, smells great and the employees are all so kind. Definitely my favorite salon in all of Hillsboro/Beaverton/Portland area. Prior to yesterday I was a regular at this salon. I was treated horribly by Lacie and will NEVER return. She told me my nail polish was ugly (red) that I was ugly (my husband disagrees and so do I) and that she hated me (feelings mutual)!! This behavior was totally unprovoked, very unprofessional and straight up mean. She then punched the bottoms of my feet with all her strength. She told my friends, while laughing that she had said the same thing to another person the day before. She thought it was funny that he had become angry and hurt. I was so excited to try this salon when they opened! But sadly this is the worst salon I've been to in Beaverton. They aren't sanitary at all, use the same tools without sanitation, when she was done with the acrylic liquid on my nails, she dumped the remaining liquid BACK IN THE BOTTLE. She didn't cut my nails or push my cuticles back before starting either. I was not happy with the shape of my nails either , I had to fix them after getting home. Had a pedi and Mani today. I came in before closing and they still where so nice. They also did a eyebrow and lip wax when asking last min when closing. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I definitely recommend this place. I had not one issue. When asked about my eyebrows and lip she asked me if it was ok to stop five mins early when giving me a massage. I said of course. She was very nice. Everyone there was very nice. Ok so I've been waiting for these guys to open For so long! I think they had to delay opening since COVID happened. They're located right next door to Beaverton Freddy's and right next to the Back Yard Bird shop. They don't have a phone yet but you don't need to call you can just go on in. Walk ins welcome. Not many people know they're open yet so I doubt you'll have to wait long to get it. Must wear a mask inside for now. I think they may have some on hand if you need, but I did bring my own. I just got a Shalac pedi and mani and I paid extra to have a fabulous arm and hand message. They did my hands at the same time as my feet so I was in and out but never felt rushed. The first time I went the lady tried to cut out an ingrown toenail without telling me what she was doing and caused my toe to get infected. Then two weeks ago I came in to get dipping powder done on my nails. I have been doing this for several years but my regular salon was closed due to the storm and lack of power. They did such a bad job that within a week half of my nails had already come off. I would never come back to this place again. The very next day the shellec on my toes come off and I needed to get my nails redone after just a week they were lifting and the shellac was coming off. When I told the tech that my shallac come after on my toes the next day they did not even offer to fix it. Plus the owner is a totally ass had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting him today. Went and had a full set and pedi today. I was forced to get my full set started before I even started my pedicure. Imagine, sitting and trying to enjoy a pedicure.... Having impatient workers start your nails when you begin to relax... and then being up charged for every thing. What I can get elsewhere for $60-$70... was actually $117, no idea where that occurred. Not to mention... never offered a beverage that others were offered. I hate that I even tipped. I feel ripped off. I asked for a specific look... didn't even come close.... I was looking forward to having a nice place to get my nails done close to home. My first experience was just ok. My second experience was with my husband and his mother. We were over charged for services we did not ask for and in fact said we did not want. My 3rd and FINAL visit was rediculous. I asked for a pedicure and manicure. The girl hurried through the pedicure and did not put polish over the entire toenail. She also dropped one of the tools on the floor and picked it up and continued to use it. This was done around 6 p.m. By morning all my polosh was coming off. I called and asked if someone could redo my polish. They said no, they do not guarantee polish unless it is shellac and hung up on me. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY. read more
