My family & I were regulars at Panda. This evening we stopped in & got our usual 2 plates, one white rice with double orange chicken & the other Kung pan with chow mein. Once home we sat down to eat & the white rice just about broke my daughter's tooth. It was not cooked. It looked fine but it wasn't. Gave the store a call & spoke with Kevin. I explained to KEVIN that the white rice was not cooked & was disgusting. He replied "it looks fine". Told him to try it & explained to him I'm a regularly there. He went on to say "they can replace the rice". I then explained to him we lived 15 minutes away on the otherside of town. He replied with "I can write your name down for next time & give you a free side of white rice". I explained that the whole plate has to tossed out because the rice is mixed with the chicken. His response was, "I can only replace the rice". Seriously. So what, am I expected to do, take each piece of chicken & clean it off?
