You know what I'm going to give this location a five-star rating and this is why... Every time I come in they are adding fresh to what is available. I've never seen anything just sitting there for very long. It might be because this is a very active location, or they just may be on top of it. There is one time I had to wait for a fresh refill which they always offer if they are low and because I chose to wait they let me have a free fountain drink. That was great service. There is a girl there that is always in a good mood, I don't know her name though. Props to her. They never forget to give me my cookie. I'll start by saying that really like Panda Express, I go to them fairly often, and I enjoy the food. But what I do not like about this specific location is that it is the skimpiest panda I've been to. When you order an entrée at most locations, you get an overflowing spoonful and then sometimes an added little bit on top. Multiple times at this location I barely even get a spoonful for an entrée. My two entrées tonight were about the equivalent to what one entrée would be at a different location. I always seem to feel a little ripped off when I come here. read more

The service here is so amazing. My son is a fan of the noodles, so we are regulars at this location. Whenever I roll in after work with a 6 year-old in tow, the staff is so patient when my son and I change our orders, or when I can't find my wallet in my bag. Food is horrible, you can taste the effort they put into this garbage. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you are looking for real food that is healthy, good and full of protein. Most people are fat and overweight so their body's are used to eating garbage. If you do your research panda is a profit company so like every other company such as mcdoanolds they don't care about their integrates and only care about quick food and profit. My family & I were regulars at Panda. This evening we stopped in & got our usual 2 plates, one white rice with double orange chicken & the other Kung pan with chow mein. Once home we sat down to eat & the white rice just about broke my daughter's tooth. It was not cooked. It looked fine but it wasn't. Gave the store a call & spoke with Kevin. I explained to KEVIN that the white rice was not cooked & was disgusting. He replied "it looks fine". Told him to try it & explained to him I'm a regularly there. He went on to say "they can replace the rice". I then explained to him we lived 15 minutes away on the otherside of town. He replied with "I can write your name down for next time & give you a free side of white rice". I explained that the whole plate has to tossed out because the rice is mixed with the chicken. His response was, "I can only replace the rice". Seriously. So what, am I expected to do, take each piece of chicken & clean it off? This location is the closest to me & I just have to say I've been waiting for an online order for 30 mins now past the time it said it was going to be ready. The only worker I see is the kind girl, rose . Everyone else is not helping her and they're goofing off. She is packing the food and taking the money while the other employees are talking. There's so many people and she's working so hard . What is the point of working as a team. This is disgusting to see especially in this town. Do better and hire better workers. As a previous yelper mentioned, Panda Express is one of those franchise that came from humble beginnings. Its fast and easy americanized chinese food. There, I said it but not in a bad way. Its very systematic that leaves little room for error. There's really no "back kitchen" and you have clear view of everything.. So you know right away how your food are being handled. With regards to this particular location, its not the best but they do good work that it's worth mentioning. Its always packed due to the location and simply the convenience of having a whole prepared meal to go. Due to covid, extra steps are made as a precaution but most are not as considerate as they are Karens incarnate. There has been a huge surge of mobile orders and requests for mobile delivery (GH, Uber Eats, etc..) that seem to overcrowd regular customers but eventually they'll figure out how to serve customers on two different fronts. read more

Worst customer service ever. At least a dozen times I've ordered online and they screwed up the order. The dont' bring drinks, they don't bring teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, they forget the spring rolls. I'm an idiot, I keep thinking that this time they will not make a mistake but yet again, I get my order without a drink. A ask the driver, and he says they didn't give him one, and I call the store and they say it's sitting there on the counter. if i could give 0 stars i would, this place and workers are so slow, my order said it would be ready by 6:25 tell me why i didn't leave until almost 7? that's ridiculous and should be communicated to the customer that they will have to wait longer than the time the time said. I've be going to Panda Express restaurants for years, but this is my first review. This was my second or third visit to this location. I ordered online which is very user friendly. Food was ready right as I arrived and I specified a pick up time. Food was good and fresh. What impresses me most about this location is how nice and CLEAN everything is...floors, tables, and the kitchen area. Employees are neatly dressed with hair tied back and all wearing black masks. The owner obviously takes great pride in the restaurant. I'll definitely continue visiting this location. read more

As I was walking to the bathroom a worker loudly said "can I help you with something?" I said "Bathroom". She responded, "the bathroom is only for guests." Okay, I guess I'm not a guest? She then followed with "You can use the bathroom after you order." I found that whole interaction incredibly embarrassing. I love Panda Express and especially this one because it's so close, however the manager Lora is just awful. She is so rude to her customers, I don't understand how she has a job. She should be fired. These guys went above and beyond the basis for customer service in my eyes. Kevin and Lalo were quick to be incredibly personable, helpful, and to offer those fantastic free samples everyone loves most about this place. Lalo's personality made me feel like I was hanging out with friends around the barbecue rather than being in a professional setting kitchen. I have been here probably too many times since my first review, coming up on 1 month. I'm always pleased to see when a business is still going strong with the same customer service and good food. My last time here I was able to enjoy the food inside the restaurant. I could see that the employees, including the manager escaping from behind the counter to make sure that the tables are tended to for cleanup. All the employees keep their fast pace to get the cooked food out and still maintain the friendly customer service while serving at the line.
