I went to order a pick up for my girlfriend and I, we were both excited to try the new one in winlock and had high hopes for it. However the first time I had called I was asked to hold, after about 5 minutes of waiting they hung up the phone, I called again where they finally took our orders and repeated it back to us, everything seemed perfect. When I got home from picking up the food I was greeted with the wrong burger. The burger was also over cooked and was tough, French fries were also tough. I'm not mad just a little disappointed for my first time experience. I might try it out again, but I'm hoping for a little better of a experience. And a non burnt burger.
