My husband and I went to Paradigm Brewing for the first time last night. We searched various breweries and Paradigm was the only one around (other than two others) open on New Years Day. And we had not been before, so we were excited for the opportunity to try it out! We passed it a couple times around the block as we had no idea it was pretty much a garage like location built on a house. It's such a cool idea and very comfortable, relaxing environment. They had great beer choices! The coffee blonde was amazing and we also enjoyed the coconut beer. I closed my eyes and imagined the waves on my feet. The buffalo wrap was amazing and the tater tots are something to talk about! You can customize your tots or just get them plain. Overall, we will be back! read more
