I've been using them for years, rented a jumper tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday. I noticed the jumper wasn't right I immediately texted the number that texts confirmations out. I was basically told oh well this one fits better per their delivery driver. I ordered a 13x13 princess castle and received an 11x11 normal jumper. Pretty disappointed in the whole transaction. I had more than enough room to bring it forward into the space I intended to use for it. I also had a tree trimmer tool waiting to remove any small branches. read more
