I've been using them for years, rented a jumper tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday. I noticed the jumper wasn't right I immediately texted the number that texts confirmations out. I was basically told oh well this one fits better per their delivery driver. I ordered a 13x13 princess castle and received an 11x11 normal jumper. Pretty disappointed in the whole transaction. They are very easy to communicate with, they reply fast as well. The last time we had a party for my daughter I wanted a jumper with a slide however my backyard is not that big and not sure if it will fit. They even made an extra mile to come to my house to check which jumper will fit. Prices were good. However our bounce house was dirty and torn in several places. We asked for next day pickup and were never given a time so we waited till 5:30 pm the next day. The driver then showed up and was drinking a modelo beer and driving! My family has been renting jumpers from this family business since.. Well, since before they implemented the delivery fee! Probably about 3+ years now at least. We usually call the day before or sometimes even the day of, and they will bring a jumper to our house right away. Mrs is very polite and Mr is very friendly, they typically do the drop off themselves. Mr goes over the rules and expectations with each model before he leaves. The jumpers are clean and in good shape for the most part. A few of the times we've rented, some younger guys would pick the jumper up, but they were quick and on their way. More recently, Mr leaves the jumper with us until the next day (which the kids love). He calls ahead to make sure we are ready for pick up and then comes right over. Have some bills and be ready to pay cash. We have been pretty satisfied with service received and recommend this business to everyone who asks our family for a referral! read more
