Very awesome service from the technicians who clearly communicated issues. The manager HOWEVER, was a miserable existence. For a customer who is spending over $5000 dollars in your store to receive such rude remarks and service from the MANAGER HIMSELF is inexcusable. As I am comparing computer cases, he waltzes over and aggressively makes a few remarks before snidely making his final comments and leaving.
