Aside from speeding through the complex with his seat leaned back... This officer has been harassing me at my apartment complex... He has been writing $250 tickets (issued by DPW) and calling a tow company for my vehicle being parked on private company (I have a parking permit displayed and he puts a tow sticker over it so it's covered)... He has a sneaky deal with the tow company and aggressively abuses his power without actually helping the residents... We have reported him to the management office who says they haven't given him authority to do this... Being unprofessional is one thing...
