Edit: 11/08/25: Spoke to My rental office who stated that my car was towed because it was on a flat on October 29th however that was rectified the same day and I moved my car around to show that it wasn't abandoned. The security guards didn't even check to see whether my tire was still flat before having it ticketed and towed. Altogether this will cost me 500 so I'm looking to be reimbursed for these fees. Attached is a picture of my car tire in question still attached to the tow truck showing my tire wasn't flat. My car was towed last night citing that it was an abandoned vehicle although it was legally parked, wasn't on flats, it has a parking a permit from the apartment complex and the registration and inspection are both good until next year! Tried calling and got the run around. Spoke with my rental office who stated that they don't know why it was towed and would get back to me once they receive a report from the security company. read more

this is the most unprofessional security company by far the security guards harass and violate the residents. the illegally use force including spaying people with bear mace, blocking the parking lot and just overstepping their authority . I am in the process of filing charges and filing a lawsuit. read more

I have been trying to reach SOMEONE from this company due to a ILLEGAL arrest that was made on my husband by Officer Roger Was the alleged name I was given. I was told to "shut up Bi***' by officer rogers as he continues to chase my husband out of giant on Alabama ave in Washington DC . i have some of the events on my phone i started to record because i noticed they were being very irate with my husband who was calm because i was the one asking them questions as to why they were so aggressive with a woman and a man who was not being loud or anything he barely spoke we also had our two children with us also who was traumatized and also heard the officer told me to "shutup B****" when i asked why was they chasing my husband , a officer with pchange even got in his work truck to help illegally chase my husband and speed really close pass me and my two children as we were trying to see why they were chasing him I also have that on video! Me and my family did not deserve that type of treatment from a Security Gaurd at that .They used excessive force for no reason with him they let us walk in the grocery store to continue shopping just to chase him when he walked out with his family. They were telling me they would lock me up for basically speaking which is my right to speak! I have lived in this area for over 8 years and going to the same giant I never seen these Security guards before they were already outside looking as to playing and having conversations with the public not really working ALSO officer rogers said he was TRIGGERR HAPPY prior to the chase of my husband i asked him was he trigger happy because he was so hostel to a family for something that could have been dealt better and he stated AFTER he laughed "KIND OF" that was not funny at all again all this is happening with my TWO CHILDREN right by our side there was no mercy or professionalism in this situation I am so disgusted by the way me and my family was treated after being residents for years I even worked at that giant And never had problems! It was also a alleged "supervisor" there with a white shirt and seen it all but nothing was said or done i tried to report to her hours later once i seen her alone she was willing to speak with me but got a call that was priority i guess right in the same area i seen that situation as well and how that was handled and also have that on video again very unprofessional. she assured me that she would take my report but when she was handling another situation and that was over she never walked back over to me. So i couldnt even get help from the supervisor on duty that day, which was JUNE 11th 2025 Around 4pm Is when this happened. As i was telling the supervisor what happened even though she was there and seen it she wanted me to say i guess but that didnt get resloved or anything its been days i have been calling that number and leaving messages still Noone! this will not go away my children are tramatized i am trying to settle this with someone who actually cares about the safety of the public even if its from people who is suppose to so called "Protect" ! It also makes it even more skeptical about this company because you cant get threw ever to speak to someone. I wanted to settle this in a normal way and contact the company but i will have to take this to court for a response, you cant treat people like that and just think its ok and just ignore people like that and disrespect them so many good people that would do good in these positions but instead we have people like Security Gaurd Rogers over playing his part must not like his job or care about it. Only worked there for about a month (August 2023) to be exact And when I tell you that company is Wicked! believe me. If you are a true professional and value your career and "work reputation" you'll steer clear of Pchange protective services both as an employee and a client. During my time spent there I've been lied to unpaid and wrongful terminated due to favoritism and refusal to address an issue before verbal escalation. To give clear details on the matters at hand: Missing hours that they refuse to pay. So they used my first and only incident, which was a verbal altercation with a coworker in which my supervisors let escalate to terminate me! With no verbal or written warnings, no coaching for my actions to be corrected or anything! just a termination. Even though said "coworker" initiated said verbal altercation, but since said coworker has a longer tenure with the company than me, it was used against me so that they wouldn't have to pay me knowing that they still owe me. The advertisement of the company is about as professional as it gets. The entire office is "ghetto" from down to the most of the employees, all the way up to the management themselves. Aside from speeding through the complex with his seat leaned back... This officer has been harassing me at my apartment complex... He has been writing $250 tickets (issued by DPW) and calling a tow company for my vehicle being parked on private company (I have a parking permit displayed and he puts a tow sticker over it so it's covered)... He has a sneaky deal with the tow company and aggressively abuses his power without actually helping the residents... We have reported him to the management office who says they haven't given him authority to do this... Being unprofessional is one thing... But harassing residents and making side tow money kickbacks is another... read more

I found it very disturbing this morning July 25, 2019 while I was driving with my two little children in the car at 8:05 am on 495 that your protective service driver was driving slow messing up the flow of traffic because he kept looking down at his phone texting and driving. One of the most horrible companies I've ever seen and or worked for. I only worked for them for about two months, but that was long enough for crazy antics to rear their ugly heads. First, when I provided my availability they tried to schedule me completely against it. Then when I reminded them about what my availability was and that I really couldn't work anything other than what I stated upon being hired. They tried to not schedule me for almost two weeks. I had to beg for at the very least two days out of the week. Second, when it came to scheduling. They would put out two to three schedules a week. Each one of contradicted each other. Also all members of their management never seemed to be on the same page. Not just with scheduling but just about dam near anything. Third, speaking of members of management. They had WAY! to many of them. Just about everyone I encountered at the job was either a supervisor, manager (of some sort) or "leading guard" whatever that is......also speaking of this "lead guard", come to find out due to a situation that I encountered. "Lead guards" have no say so or authority of any kind when no other supervisors/managers are available. Even though when I first started, the very same supervisors/managers told me to address "lead guards" when they're not available. That was a major head scratcher there. Fourth, their company vehicles are death traps on wheels. Also their paychecks bounce. Fifth, finally the icing on the cake. If you're successful by other means of income, have nice top quality equipment, and or drive a nice vehicle. Their field supervisors will more than likely be jealous of you and even take that jealousy out on you in attempt to either fire you or discourage you from working there. My supervisors discovered I drove a Dodge Challenger. Shortly after this discovery, they began giving me strange write ups as well as disciplinary actions against me. The weirdest one that really stood out was that a site vehicle I had used two days ago before next shift had been given an inspection by management. Upon their inspection, they discovered an empty "chip bag" underneath one of the vehicles seats. They said they were giving a write up for because (according to them even after two days had went by) I was the last person to utilize said vehicle. Also they had no way of proving this "chip bag" was mine to begin with and were going off of mere speculation. After everything I decided to quit before they gave me even more unnecessary headaches over jealousy and stupidity. In closing, this company is one of the biggest three ring circus clown shows I've ever seen in my life. They make universoul circus look like a street performance by a bunch of amateurs......... read more
