I have probably been a loyal customer to Pep Boys for about 7-8 years.. I practically get everything done there, from oil changes to buying my tires for all my cars. The reason is I rather go to a prominent known name like Pep Boys and trust their services & work ( I've gone to places where trust is out the window!!) But this branch EL CENTRO PEP BOYS has completely made me question my loyalty and trust to the Pep Boys name..I took my car and my mothers car for a oil change and everything seemed fine. The next day my mother told me her rear view mirror had "fallen off" from the windshield. So we took her car to a Car window repair business so they can glue it back. And the employee let us know that the rear view mirror had to be "pulled off very roughly" because piece of the actual glass had came off with the rear view mirror, and that the windshield will crack because a "chunk" was missing!!! The WORST PART OF THIS IS THAT THE PEP BOYS EMPLOYEE/S DID NOT! LET US KNOW ABOUT THIS AND TRIED TO FIX IT BY GLUING IT BACK WITH A SILICONE GLUE TO HIDE WHAT THEY HAD BROKEN!!! Now the new windshield will cost us $160+ TO PUT A NEW ONE... I would Honestly put NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE BUT YELP ADDS THE STAR. Honestly this place is ridiculous read more
