Every once in awhile a real gem comes along. Oscar is that gem in my eyes! We had remodeling that we did and had a stucco guy that had come over to look a couple of times and then never would show up. My wife went to lunch with a bunch of Neighbors and they all said oh no, don't use him once you pay him he never comes back. Several recommended using Oscar instead and gave her his number. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely detailed in all that he was going to do. His work was impeccable. He cleaned up after himself. His workers were great and we are extremely pleased with what he has done for us. He may not be the cheapest but you would be hard-pressed to find someone better.
