Broke down and had to tow our truck in to this place, we used what we thought was a key drop at the place which most repair facility's have a key drop to find out that they couldn't access the box and return my keys when they couldn't work on our truck. Ended up having to pay another dealership 800.00 because this business couldn't get my key back from there drop box. You guys need to hang a sign letting customers know not to use the drop box, hoping other customers don't learn the hard way like we did. Horrible service. They 100% didn't care.
