Broke down and had to tow our truck in to this place, we used what we thought was a key drop at the place which most repair facility's have a key drop to find out that they couldn't access the box and return my keys when they couldn't work on our truck. Ended up having to pay another dealership 800.00 because this business couldn't get my key back from there drop box. You guys need to hang a sign letting customers know not to use the drop box, hoping other customers don't learn the hard way like we did. Horrible service. They 100% didn't care. I had an almost 40k Platinum Overhaul done through Performance Peterbilt in February of '23 and last week the Cam "which they changed" went down and a rocker "which they also changed" , the OH has a Unlimited 1 Year Warranty which I have the Paperwork and All Receipts On ... But Now that it's went down they won't Honor their Warranty and I'm out 8 Grand getting another Cam and Rocker setup put into my Pete !!! I called them for road call approx 5 miles from their shop. They responded relatively quickly. Brought me 10 gals of diesel fuel and pump up the fuel primer on my truck. I was down a total of 1 hour 47 min according to elogs. Mechanic was onsite w/ me aprox 30 min. They charged me for 2 hours labor. Bill was 585.00. Extremely overpriced!!!!!! 150 for call out service, 70 dollars for diesel fuel, the rest for pouring fuel in tank and pumping primer on side of engine for 5 minutes. I fully expected a 300 dollar charge and would have been fine with that as a fair rate. However this dealership chose to take advantage to extort me for twice the normal rate of other facilities. My mistake was not asking for a quote and assuming they were a reputable business. They did not disclose the rate until after services rendered.
