We couldn't have been more impressed with Performance Windows from start to finish. The sales rep was very informative. Windows came in much sooner than we expected, which was a nice surprise. We were glad to get them installed before summer hit full force. The installers were on time and efficient, left no mess and were courteous as I was working from home. We have an older home and the install wasn't easy with stucco exterior and a few hurdles the installers had to get over. But they remained professional and good humoured and still finished in much less time than they quoted. Performance rep followed up a few days after install to make sure everything looked great and we were happy, and went over warranty and made sure we didn't have any questions.
