From the sales person to the installer and warranty person it just could not have been easier. All of them were prompt, very nice and easy to deal with. Installation took about 4.5 hours, the windows look beautiful and everything was clean. Not a speck of dirt or dust left behind!! The windows are quality. First thing I noticed was how much quieter my house was, living off a main road!! With the windows folding out it will be much easier to clean and the screen able to keep bugs out weather opened at the top or bottom. I truly love these windows!!!! read more

PERFORMANCE WINDOWS salesman going door to door in Indian Lakes subdivision. He blatantly ignored our NO SOLICITING sign, which is prominently displayed on our screen door. At first, I thought he was a cop. He knocked loudly while ringing the doorbell. He was wearing a dark blue jacket and what looked like a government-issued ID. He said his name is Anthony. I point to the sign and they nod and say they understand and then keep trying to sell . Very annoying sales tactic. if I ever get windows, I will not use this company just because of this. read more

I have installed a no soliciting sign above my doorbell. For whatever reason. This company seems to think that that does not apply to them. They send their little "appointment setters" to ring my doorbell and disturb me in my family. I can assure you, that if I ever need Windows, I will never use this company. If you people can't read, or follow simple instructions, how am I supposed to expect you to properly install Windows? The answer is I can't. I can't expect you to do anything correct. If you can't read a sign, you probably don't do anything else, correct. You probably drive incorrectly. You probably have a messy house. Awful company. Dishonest, rude, salesmen ignored my 'no soliciting' signs. They don't care, they are predatory.

I have no soliciting signs up every at my home. There's even one at eye level that you must look at in order to ring the doorbell. Performance windows salespeople ignore them even though it is a violation of local ordinance. I had a dying pup in my home that was on her last breaths. I was trying to keep her comfortable when Performance windows came and knocked on my door then rang the doorbell twice after seeing the sign. My dog was triggered and so was I. I wrote the company an email but they declined to respond or apologize so I decided to leave them a review. Don't do business with them. They have no respect for you, so why should you for them. read more

The team showed up today, on schedule, and installed all 23 windows, including a sliding-glass door in less than 5 hours. And they look fantastic! Every member of the team that I spoke to was friendly and helpful at answering questions. They clean up as they go, so no messes left behind! read more

The other reviewers here apparently don't want door to door sales people at their houses - but we didn't mind and we're THRILLED that we took advantage of them. We had quotes from Renewal by Andersen and a local company as well - not only were the windows that Performance quoted for us (and installed) nicer, less expensive and better made than the others, they had an UNLIMITED lifetime warranty. We live across the street from a golf course and it's just a matter of time until one of the balls that's always flying across the street shatters a window. If it does, it will be covered and replaced. If the seal breaks on the window and allows moisture in, it will be covered and replaced. After they installed the windows, I noticed a small hole/snag in one of the window screens. They came by and replaced the entire screen just a few days later. The only thing they didn't do is repaint the stucco on the window frame that chipped off - they patched it but didn't paint it, only because we told them we'd do that. All in all they were great, fast, cheap, and they are HIGHLY recommended!!! read more

Drake Willingham came out and went through a thorough description of the windows as well as showing us a demo of what the windows would look like. We were unable to replace all of our windows at once, which they were okay with only replacing the front windows first. Contract in place, a nice gentleman came out to measure and inspect where the windows would be going. Then came replacement day, workers were here early and were very clean and professional. After replacement had completed which only two a couple of hours gave thorough instructions on how each window worked as well as detailed instructions on the warranty.
