You picked up your dog and it was clear that the dog didn't have any cut specially the ears and you checked the both ears in the front of me telling me that you expected me to shave the both ears because the ears were very matted !!!! If there's blood me and you would noticed from the first glance ! It is CLEAR this bloody scratch the dog scratched her ear by his back nails due to her very dry ears because this very matted ears !! If it is cut would be very clear and I would notice at the store and it would be treated !! The customer noticed next day of grooming means the dog scratched her ears !! If it is cut the bleeding of the ears can not stop easily !!! And I would noticed and treated at the store !!SOPHIA always miss treat her dog all the time . This morning I got messages from her threatening me if I didn't refund her money she will write bad reviews everywhere ! She mentioned yesterday that she had alot of problems with the groomers before me !! She doesn't blame her self at all for miss treating her dog she always care about the way how not to PAY !! For 18 years as a groomer seldom happens any accidents and if it happens I tell the customer and I take the responsibility . And In this situation I swear my mother I didn't see or notice any hurt to this dog . I have top people they are my customers they love to come to groom their dogs . It was mistake to accept to groom her dog that her dog always her hair is very matted from the first time she came to the store I felt that she is trouble maker customer . It is my fault to accept her business !! Advice to all groomers Don't accept her business !! Groomers know there is a document the customer signs if the dog coat very matted like the dog in the picture that the dog maybe get hurt !! And I wear my mother I didn't see any hurt for the dog while she get groomed !! I have grooming rate 4.5 out off 5 !! The ears are dried up from matting of the hair, scratching the skin because of not maintaining the dogs care. I am a lover of pets and a professional groomer in Dumbo.
