So I called Petco around 9:30 AM. They took my number and let me know they'd call me back since they had dogs on the table. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a quick response, but they returned my call within 15 minutes, which I really appreciated. The person I spoke with was very friendly, and I was able to secure a same day appointment for 12 PM. The only requirement was proof of rabies vaccination. When I arrived, I checked in at the desk and the groomer came out within two minutes. She was warm, welcoming, and super friendly. I immediately felt comfortable leaving the puppy in her care. She clearly explained what the sanitary trim would include and completed the service in about 5-7 minutes. Such a quick turnaround! The cost was only $10.99, which honestly surprised me because I expected to pay more. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and had no complaints. While waiting, I walked around the store. It's big, clean, and well organized. They share a plaza with Kohl's (with Sephora inside) and Ashley Furniture, and there's plenty of parking available.
