San Clementeans don't need to drive all the way up to San Juan Capistrano for PetSmart anymore. You can save some gas by shopping at Pets Plus near the Ralphs in the Ocean View Plaza, next to Hallmark's. They have good inventory of all sorts of dry goods including cockatiels, parakeets, rabbits, and mice. The only things they don't carry are fish, reptiles, and aquatic plants. Prices aren't too different from the big stores. There's only one employee when we stopped by Sunday morning. So if you're a shoplifter, you can totally pull it off at this store. Just sayin'.
