I'm not one to complain and obviously was not unkind or unpleasant when picking up my dog, but I will say I won't be going back to have her groomed. I have a Great Pyrenees with a double coat that works for insulating AND cooling her down naturally. I asked for a minimal trim and sanitary clipping but instead got a completely different dog back. I would assume as a groomer you keep in mind the breed and what their coat is doing for them but that did not happen today. Today I got an almost shaved Great Pyrenees and I'm pretty sure she got a poodle cut. read more
