Once you find the right number (directory lists several where no one picks up) they are very helpful and get techs out quickly when they hear might be dangerous. Rats ate a wire running to my house from a pole. A crew came out and replaced wire. They mentioned a way to hinder rats from using the wire with a guard but didn't have one in truck. 2nd guy came out a week later and trouble shot with me- he went out of his way to research and find a pice of material rats/squirrels slip off of. No more critters using the route! Every time they come to trim redwood away from wire they are professional and above and beyond service. read more
