I really don't like the fact that I have a first morning recurring appointment and since I need to wait for my eyes to dilate understandably they take other patients who don't need to wait. But they routinely forget the ones who have been waiting. More than a few times I had to say hello. Remember me waiting here. Then amazingly I get right in. I waited an hour the last visit. This is unacceptable. They need to keep better track of slotting the first in line back in. read more
