Pho 101 is an offshoot of Little Saigon's legendary Pho 79 and can be found in a complex across the street from Bella Terra. Like its sister restaurant, you can expect a wait due to its popularity. We arrived around dinner time on a Saturday and there were 7 parties ahead of us, but thankfully the queue moved quickly.
The restaurant space is spacious on the interior and can seat plenty of parties. The menu is simplistic and includes appetizers, pho, bun, rice dishes, drinks and desserts. What I appreciated most are that you can choose up to 4 items for your pho at no additional cost and the sheer size of their bowls. I ordered a Large and it was quite possibly the biggest bowl of pho I've ever consumed and that's a definite plus for a voracious eater like me! We also ordered rice dishes to go. We could take the freshness of their ingredients and broth. It really hit the spot on a frigid and cold night out! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. read more
