Cha gio (spring rolls) are super crunchy on the outside with explosive juicy meat filling on the inside. Comes with lettuce to wrap and fish sauce to dip. Pho dac biet soup is always on point with heaps of noodles and cuts of beef to supplement. The bun bo was huge. Don't underestimate the bowl, there's a lot sitting under it Waiters and waitresses are kind and to the point. Very quick service and constant rounds made to either clean tables or get dishes.
