After I discovered bún bò Hue, pho has basically fallen out of favor with me. I prefer the spicy flavor, rich broth, and firmer noodles. This place has one of the best bún bò Hue in the Seattle area. The broth is obviously cooked for a long time, and the meat is incredibly tender. Be sure to skip the pho next time and get the bún bò Hue. read more
