Love Pho Pasteur 3 but they need to invest in some air conditioning because it's like sticky hot in that place. Especially when you are eating a huge bowl of hot soup and your body temperature rises, you start sweatin! I love the food here and service was pretty good. Pretty sure our waiter was emotionally numb or high but he was nice. Loved his 90s dad look to serve us. It's overall a chill place to get some Pho or Vietnamese food. read more
