Prior to visiting Chicago I had a list of places I wanted to go, and this was on my list. But as we were in town for only a few days, and it didn't seem like we would be close to this location. However, to my surprise I had bookedat the Chicago bathhouse which was next-door. After my spa treatment, I went over to grab some food on the run as we were heading to the airport. We got the spicy pork dumplings, beef pho and a pork belly bahn mi. As we walked in, we put our order in and we're able to enjoy some great music as we waited for food to be ready. As we walked to the car, we immediately devoured the dumplings which were delicious. As we went to refuel our rental car. We decided to eat the pho and the sandwich. I will start with the sandwich, which was amazing. Great flavor perfect texture on the bread. It was one of my friends first time trying it and she fell in love. The pho was good. It probably would've been better if we ate it at the location as it wasn't as hot as I know it would've been. But it had a great flavor profile and the beef was tender. Definitely some of my favorite bites in Chicago and I will definitely be back to try more in-house and enjoy the vibe read more
