High protein, tastes great! I'm a breastfeeding mom and felt very good about this meal. So healthy and didn't even have to sacrifice flavor. These ladies know what they're doing. It was also very clean and a nice calming environment. Great family place or great for post workout treats that feel good. I got the tree hugger and the chicken pesto sandwich.
