You're typically choosing anywhere from 25 grams to close to 50 grams of protein when you eat here, though if there is anything to note, it would be that a lot of the sandwiches are $15+. You choose your budget, but don't miss out if you're looking to spend a little bit more. The staff behind the counter is usually laidback and pleasant. It's a calm place, and they don't mind letting you stay. If you have work needing to be done, it isn't a bad choice either. If I could give this place 5 stars for its smoothies, but maybe 4.5 stars for their sandwiches... I would. A lot of the times, I personally find that with the wraps exclusively, they tend to be lacking something salty or something on the side to feel like a complete meal. It's strange that it isn't with the sandwiches, but the last time I came, I saw they were doing specials. Be sure to check in for those. A very polite young lady helped and answered some of my questions regarding the protein powder. They offer a whey protein and a Pea protein I opted for the Bob Marley smoothie and added Chia seeds. First time and last time going there I ordered two wraps and a bowl spent almost 50 bucks with a 3 dollar tip! The wraps are so small and not worth it! You're better off going to subway! Very relaxing atmosphere on a very clean restaurant. I ordered the acai smoothie and it was very fresh and the fruit tasted wonderful no complaints. I also got the sourdough tuna which came on toasted sourdough bread with homemade tuna with lots of veggies and this was a real treat. I say that because the tuna fish really tasted great and you can taste the vegetables on top of it which give it an extra great flavor. It's super cute and clean inside and the staff was great so I had high hopes. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon. The turkey was so overcooked that it changed color and practically disintegrated and just had an off taste, probably from being microwaved into oblivion. The eggs were nice and fluffy. But the croissant was clearly toasted on a griddle that has not been cleaned in a while. It tasted like old oil. The price was pretty outrageous, too. $13.50 for a sandwich about as big as the palm of my hand. And why no nutrition info on your menu? I would've expected that from a place like this. When I presented my Yelp 10% off digital coupon, he was unsure how to process it, so he asked another employee for help. The second employee was also unfamiliar and needed to call (perhaps an owner) on the phone for help. When they ended their phone call, I was told they "don't do those anymore", but they'd extend the discount one time. While the business has every right not to offer coupons, how is a Customer to know they don't accept "live" coupons with no expiration date? I recommend the management take ownership of the issue and inactivate coupons / discounts they no longer wish to extend. This is in the same lot that I grab my meal plans from and my friend Mo H. had some great things to say about it. I ordered a Caesar wrap and a large Bob Marley bowl. The wait wasn't long and the girls at the front were super friendly. The Caesar wrap had fresh hot chicken along with plenty of romaine and crunchy croutons. On a clean eating month with my husband and saw the sign for Phresh on our way home from work. We stopped in on off hours so there wasn't a line and we ordered right away. Menu did look very fresh. I got the Chef salad and my husband got the Power bowl and then split a Southwest wrap and it was honestly the perfect amount. The wrap was mixed together well. You know some wraps you bite into only egg, or only avocado? Not this one. I'd definitely go back to get another wrap and not share My salad was also very fresh and the ingredients all meshed well. So I am an ACAI FANATIC. Therefore, I am critical about my acai and go to a place every time I have the opportunity. I had never been to one in Phoenix and this one looked the most authentic and not a chain like Jamba Juice. This was hands down the best acai bowl I've ever had. I got the option in the pineapple that was topped with pineapple, blueberries, bananas, strawberries and granola. It also comes on a pineapple plate with extra granola and fruit. I absolutely love this place, however I have only been there in the mornings until tonight. My husband and I went at 7:15 when they close at 8 and we each ordered a large juice. The lady working said I just put away the juice machine and was unwilling to make juices despite the 8pm closing time. Just be aware of fluctuations in the menu. We made a special trip out just for this, it doesn't list that juices are only served at certain times. Very disappointed with this customer service. The egg tasted and looked like reheated McDonald's breakfast egg folds, the "spicy chicken" was just cut up packaged lunch meat, the avocado was practically microscopic because of the smallest portion of avocado I've ever been served, the brown rice was mushy & over cooked, black beans still cold from a can, & the list goes on. To top it off the whole bowl portion size was considerably small for the whooping $28 we spent on two bowls and two drinks. Also when ordering I was told I couldn't make my own bowl even though on the menu there was an option to "make your own". I was told I had to select a bowl off their menu and add items to it.
