Some of the nastiest food I have ever eaten . And I say that with no malicious intent . Its disappointing considering how eager I was to visit this place . I heard its owned by a long time friend and I always want to see my people succeed in all things but honestly, whoever told this chef they can cook ... LIED .
We got here on a hot Aprils evening (a Thursday) my reservation was honored so no wait . We sat , browsed the menu , I even bumped into a few friends also tryint for the 1st time (awwww its going to be a great night) we ordered wings (2 flavors) salmon bites and a steam fish dish . Oh ! Its 2 for 1 happy hour ?? Lets order 6 rum punches thanks . Vibing to the kompa playing by the live dj , we're all chit chatting and then ... the drinks come . Damnit ! Super weak . I could probably drink all 6 alone "excuse me ma'am can we get w few shots of ray and nephew please , thanks (lost a star)
The wings were next . OH MY GOD THEY ARE DISGUSTING FROM FLAVOR TO TEXTURE (super soft and chewy: but I asked for well done) we all spit that crap out , luckily we brought our friend who is practically a garbage disposal. The salmon bites came next , cute presentation, YUCK ! So nasty ! Excuse me ma'am, please cancel the steamed fish and send me the check please .
The food was so damn bad that I couldn't eat meat for the rest of the day . It did something to me . I cant say I will ever go back there and DEFINITELY WILL NOT be recommending. I even asked my friend sitting 2 tables away how they felt and they couldnt eat either , just drank lolol . Sorry , u should've done a tasting before opening and hired a better chef .
