We had no running lights on our RV trailer, so we called him out to the campground. After spending a fair amount of time testing everything, he could not find any problem with the trailer wires and said he did not know what was causing the problem. He said the 7-way trailer plug was working, but anyway he painstackingly went ahead and put wire connectors on each of the seven wires without asking me, even though it didn't really need it and would not solve the problem. This gave him more time to charge by the hour in addition to the charge for just coming out. He was then going to leave. It was not until I told him that I had lately installed my spare tire under my pickup and thought maybe I pulled a wire loose that he looked around and found a loose wire that was causing the problem. It took a few minutes to find the wire and to reconnect it. My bill at the end is $432.78. I wish I had thought of looking under my pickup and finding the broken wire myself sooner. read more
