I saw this food truck parked on the side of Bushnell park. The concept is wood fired pizza from a truck. There is a wood fired oven inside the truck. That day they had 5 types of pizza. I decided to try Loaded Baked Potato pizza. Kind of I was curious on what that pizza was. It was a pizza base covered with scoops of smashed potatos, topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives. You will see a similar pizza in New Haven Pizza truck as well, which is also a similar truck. I liked the taste. Because it is smashed potato, pizza feels bland at times. Probably I should have added a ton of pepper flakes and made it more spicy. If they could have added some garlic flavor to the pizza, that would have been nice as well, but there is no such option. read more
