When my wife and I lived in Jackson for six years, we ate at Pizza Station partially due to the lack of options in town and partially due to their all you can eat fish fry. My oldest kid and I were in the area on a Friday night and I thought it would be "fun" to visit our old stomping ground. I got the all you can eat pollock with mashed potatoes and he got a cheeseburger. The pollock was fine. Clearly it's cheap fish, but it's filling and does the job. The mashed potatoes had some garlic flavor and that was it. The burger was nothing special and tasted like it was out of a frozen box of patties. They initially brought chips with the burger (store bought, not homemade), even though he asked for fries, so they brought a separate plate of fries afterwards.
