This apartment has one major problem. Do you like cockroaches? Then you will love it here. There are plenty of them. When we complained to the Apartment office, they seemed to think that it was not their problem. This Apartment has no systematic pest control measures. This is Texas. If you don't have a pest control plan, then there will be plenty of cockroaches. The pest control guy came and sprayed once. The only thing it does is move the cockroaches from one place to another. They still live inside the walls of all units. THESE FOLKS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN TO GET RID OF THEM. So be aware of this mess before signing for 2026. Don't say you were not warned. COCKROACHES ..
