I always like to try to give places an opportunity to rectify themselves or to maybe I just had my own opinion the first time so I thought I'd come back to Pollo tropical, and yeah, no it's just not good food. I think the chicken that I got and it was about 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I think it was from the night before because it had that kind of kind of already Cooked look to it kind of dried out at the ends. So needless to say, I gave it a chance the first time and it was bad, and I gave it a second chance and that's all it's getting from me. The other thing is, they don't clean off the tables. The floors are kind of dirty. It's just not up to par. So when I got my mail, it was like a chicken breast right and in a dried out chicken wing and it had a neck bone hanging on it and so Iasked him to take it off.
