It took 8 months because of Covid. That's understandable. However the company piled hills of dirt all over personal property and plants. They did not lay down plastic to protect the white stucco of the home that left over 40 feet of rust stains. All along I was told it would be cleaned at the end of pool finish. I have several text messages stating this. However, as soon as they received final payment owner communicates they are not responsible for any damage. Workers poured mounds of concrete into my front yard with no clean up. The customer service is terrible. I'm left hiring someone to clean or paint my stucco that was perfect before they entered the backyard. Having a pool put in should not damage your existing home with the company taking zero responsibility. Now I'll have to go to court for reimbursement. Also they will ruin every sprinkler head in your yard and the contract states they are not responsible. read more
