I purchased a brand new spa from their TuffSpa line of products for ~$8,000. The molded spa cabinet had a manufacturing/design flaw, and water from rain and spa use was getting directly inside the spa, where all of the electrical components are. I filed a warranty claim a few weeks after receiving my spa, and the company refuses to do anything about it. The company will no longer respond to me, and I am now left with a completely broken spa that is less than 1.5 years old.

It wasn't until later (like a dummy) that I looked at these reviews, they're all lousy. I was reluctant to write anything at first, mainly because we didn't purchase anything from them but after seeing other reviews how people were left hanging after putting thousands of dollars towards something where they're not getting any support - well, I wouldn't want that happening to me or anyone else.
