Got the mower with broken height adjustment lever. Contacted customer service, took more than a week for them to respond. I figured they could just send me a new lever and I would install it. What they have no levers. Can't return the mower now, I threw away the box, had put gas and oil in it to make sure it ran. I would stay away from a company that doesn't even have the parts to repair the unit they are selling. Value for your money, not worth the time, trouble, and failures. read more
