Yesterday I came here to get a Prada handbag. Last time I came here a few months ago and I did see and had my eyes on these but I was still thinking about it. I came back and brought my mom to help me decide between the 4 handbags in the picture. Beautiful bags, but I decided on the caramel stamped leather logo bag. I love it, and the young girl with bleach blonde hair, Ashley was very attentive and very sweet! Even when my mom and I were just looking at a bag on the top shelf, before we even asked, she asked if we wanted her to get it down for us. So nice, and great service!!! I also got great service from other people around the sales floor when browsing Prada and Miu Miu clothing, and Miu Miu handbags However unfortunately I'm docking two stars because of some bitchy sales associate, a middle aged woman with dark hair, who rang up my transaction. She just had a terrible attitude, her face, the way she acted and talked to my mom and I was not friendly at all, and she definitely shouldn't be the type of person to be working customer service, especially for luxury products where the customers have higher expectations since they're paying a lot more of their damn hard-earned money. She should work at McDonalds or maybe a DMV, just somewhere where it's expected the people obviously hate their lives and will hate the people they're servicing and the goal is to provide awful service. read more
