I moved to SC from another state and requested a deep clean of the house before I moved in. I spoke with Alesha Ashworth (Operations Manager) before the cleaning. I explained the house had been vacant for 4 years and it gathered quite a bit of dust. Alesha assured me they had a "Touch Everything Policy". That was a complete untruth! I arrived at my home expecting a clean house, I was incredibly disappointed.
How on earth can you screw up cleaning a completely empty house....TWICE? I say twice because I contacted the company with photos to inform them of the exceptionally poor cleaning. Alesha was very responsive in that she sent another cleaner out in less than 24 hours.
Well...the 2nd cleaner missed almost everything the 1st cleaner missed, and what she retouched was also poorly done.
I called Alesha, sent additional photos and requested a partial refund. She gave a song and dance about how that may not be possible because "That's not something we usually do." "The cleaner is still in the area, please allow her to come back to make it right."
REALLY, that's what she was supposed to be doing with the 2nd clean. I was so frustrated and didn't allow the "cleaner" back into my home. A person blindfolded with one arm tied behind their back could have done a better job than any of the cleaners the company sent.
