4/5 stars for one reason in particular which I will get to but let's talk about all the good! Great storage facility and it's hard to find a reliable indoor storage facility for your vehicles. I was on a 6 month military deployment and wanted my car well taken care of. Customer service was great and very responsive to quote requests and any questions I had. Drop off was easy and seamless and even showed the storage facility. One of the determining factors I decided to go with this facility was the fact that the website mentions that my vehicle would have had a full exterior detail upon pick up which was not the case. My car was washed 3-4 days prior to the pick up and looked as if they hastily wiped it down and had various water spots and dried water streak marks all over. I asked them if my car had been detailed and they told me that it was just washed.....I asked why just washed if the website mentions a full exterior detail? Apparently they had just lost their detail guy and had no replacement. I would have appreciated a heads up that I would not receive this perk but at the end of the day I'm happy that my car was indoors for the duration of my deployment and they turned it on weekly and checked everything. Highly recommended just don't expect much from the "full exterior detail" upon pick up. read more
