4/5 stars for one reason in particular which I will get to but let's talk about all the good! Great storage facility and it's hard to find a reliable indoor storage facility for your vehicles. I was on a 6 month military deployment and wanted my car well taken care of. Customer service was great and very responsive to quote requests and any questions I had. Drop off was easy and seamless and even showed the storage facility. One of the determining factors I decided to go with this facility was the fact that the website mentions that my vehicle would have had a full exterior detail upon pick up which was not the case. My car was washed 3-4 days prior to the pick up and looked as if they hastily wiped it down and had various water spots and dried water streak marks all over. I asked them if my car had been detailed and they told me that it was just washed.....I asked why just washed if the website mentions a full exterior detail? Apparently they had just lost their detail guy and had no replacement. I would have appreciated a heads up that I would not receive this perk but at the end of the day I'm happy that my car was indoors for the duration of my deployment and they turned it on weekly and checked everything. Highly recommended just don't expect much from the "full exterior detail" upon pick up. read more

They park the trailers close together to protect them from sun damage and any theft but they have top notch security so it would be an issue but an extra layer of protection having the trailers so close you can't open the door. read more

Great place to store an rv, they wash it before you pick it up. When you want to pick it up call them 24 hours ahead and they bring it out. They turn on the refigerator and fill up the water tank upon request. Our battery was dead so they charged them. You can buy wood here also. Indoor and outdoor parking. read more

Great facility and awesome guys. I've stored my Toy Hauler there since November 2011 and they have continued to upgrade the site. They have a 24 hour staging area so you can pick-up or deliver your trailer whenever is convenient. Beats storing your RV on a dirt lot. They offer extra services as well. We've had our RV's and boats stored other places and only wish we'd found Precision Storage Concepts much, much sooner. We've had our motorhome stored at PSC for several years now and can't think of a better RV storage place anywhere! The guys are always friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Even when I've had a last minute request, they've found time to take care of us. We enjoy the drop off and pick up area where we can pick up our RV when it's convenient for us. I have stored my Montana Fifth wheel here in the warehouse. I can't say enough about these guys. Always willing to go the extra mile. My rig is spotless everytime I pick it up as they wash it before I get here and that is included in the price. For a small fee they will go and have the propane tanks filled, wax it or any number of other detailing options. The only thing that would make this place better would be an electric gate to the staging yard. read more
