I have a 20 year old roof. The representative came to the house. Looked at the at the roof, left the sample book. they sent a true estimate. Meaning, it had a low number and high number based on the 'health' of the roof. The office called two days before they showed up. Well, long story and a full day...lots of wood replaced, roofing product excellent, team was thoughtful, clean and fast. I LOVE MY ROOF!!! They cleaned up wonderfully.
