The hostess and waitress were polite. The food was terrible. My husband and I each ordered a 26oz dry aged ribeye which was, as you can imagine, not cheap. We love steak and enjoy trying new steakhouses. This was the least tender ribeye I've ever had. I could've gone to Applebees for quality this low. I was shocked that this is considered to be a high end steakhouse. To top it off, my husbands steak was not seasoned. Honestly, someone forgot to season it. You could clearly taste the seasoning in mine yet his was very bland on top of it not being tender at all. When we told the waitress she didn't seem to know how to handle a complaint. We weren't asking for a refund. But a replacement steak could've been offered. Especially considering the price of each steak. What our waitress did instead was bring out the seasoning for my husband to add himself! What kind of steakhouse does this?! And lastly, we ordered dessert and were equally disappointed. He ordered the banana cheesecake. It had a very artificial banana taste. I've never had a banana dessert taste so poorly from artificial flavors like this. I got the turtle cheesecake which was ok. I am so disappointed in the quality of the food and the staff's lack of effort to rectify the situation. I will never come back here or any other establishment owned by Theo. read more
