My family searched for a climate controlled storage unit for our move to Maine. We stored our family goods at Prime Storage in Saco, ME for 2 years while we searched for a house. We paid for insurance on the unit. After finding a house in July 2023 we opened our unit to find mold and mildew on most of the items. There was also water on the floor. Prime Storage apologized and said they would file a claim for our family with a maximum of $3,000 based on our insurance.
