Moving is stressful enough as is, so it is especially important to me that people working with me while I move don't add to that. I've never left this location with anything but a smile. The employees here are helpful but not pushy and help me out with any request or question I have with a smile. Even better, after my last ordeal of a move (25 hours non-stop moving, no sleep for about 40) they were extremely understanding and rather than trying to nickle and dime me like some other locations I've dealt with they did everything they could to help me out and make at least the rental part of my move a very pleasant experience. I still haven't gotten my receipt and I got a text message from them saying my rental was overdue. They charged me for an extra rental period. I have called 3 times to resolve the issue and each time I have been told that it's been taken care of. This has been a terrible experience. I'm never doing business with these guys again. Don't waste your time with these idiots. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because you can't give them zero.
