A new bar just opened in the Frederick Hotel, and while I don't drink, they are serving an excellent Muffuletta ($12) on Arcade Bakery bread. Also very important, they serve Morgenstern's Ice Cream, including a great exclusive Pistachio Pernod flavor. I tried the Spumoni ($12), which has 3 great scoops and is an excellent dessert. They also have a "Midnight Pasta" ($15) that I will never try because it's only available after midnight. read more
